When we say no
We are not for everyone.
Some work should not be automated. If the process is broken, the volume is too low, or the judgement should stay human, automating it just makes the mess faster.
So I check that first, and I will tell you on the call if the answer is no. That costs you 20 minutes and nothing else.
What it costs, and what breaks

- Where does my data go?
- It stays yours. How we handle it is written in plain language, and we will put it in writing for you.
- What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
- Anything customer-facing or costly waits for your approval before it goes out, so a wrong answer gets caught by you, not your customer. For the rest, every run is logged and I read the failures weekly. Some mistakes are quiet by nature, which is why nothing important runs unattended.
- What do I own if we stop working together?
- Everything we built for you. Nothing is held hostage, and it can be changed or switched off at any time.
- What does it cost?
- The first project is small and scoped, with the price agreed before any work starts. What changes the price: how many systems have to talk to each other, whether your data is already clean, and how much of the work needs a person to approve it. Ask on the call and you get a real number.
- Who fixes it when it breaks?
- I do. We run what we build: watching, fixing, improving. That is the whole point.
